‘The City of Wings Ypres’ is an international promotion festival for street arts: circus, theatre, music, dance, puppet theatre, installations, fire,… During ‘The City of Wings Ypres’, Belgian and foreign artists (both professionals, semi-professionals and amateurs) can promote and introduce themselves and their (new) show to organizers/promoters who are personally invited. This promotion festival is also free and freely accessible to all other spectators in order to give the artists a wide and necessary “neutral” audience.

27/06-29/06Ardeca Ypres Rally

The Ardeca Ypres Rally, celebrating its 60th edition this year, is a competition with a glorious history. The Ardeca Ypres Rally has a strong international reputation, attracting several international top drivers every year. This year, the event is part of the Belgian Rally Championship Division 1 and Division 2 calendar, taking place on June 27th and 28th, with a shakedown in Boezinge on Wednesday evening and the qualifying stage in Nieuwkerke on June 26th. For the first time since 2022, when the 29th edition of the Ypres Historic Rally was held together with the Ypres Historic Regularity, a separate Ypres Historic Rally will be organized again. The 30th edition will count towards the FIA European Historic Rally Championship.
